Demonic activity is real and demonstrable….
On hindsight it now clear that the bizarre storm that Jesus and his disciples faced (in Luke 8:26) was nothing but a demonic push back to ensure that Jesus did not land on the other side of the shore.
Some of the storms we face in life are indeed demonic in nature (which God allows to test our faith). And it takes spiritual warfare to overcome those opposing forces.
When Joshua was battling the Amelekites in Exodus 17, we see a strange phenomenon of how the battle that Joshua was waging down in the valley, was influenced by Moses lifting his hands in prayer on the hill top. Exo 17:11. For the better or worse!
In our modern context, when brothers pray with each other (and for each other) regularly, we are upholding each other’s hand similar to how Aaron and Hur held up Moses’s hand.
Do you have praying brothers (or praying sisters) who in similar fashion will “hold up their hands in prayer” for you till you see the victory or breakthrough?
The blessing of having such praying brothers (and sisters) is indeed priceless!
