Years ago, I asked Jim Downing, one of the patriarchs of the Navigator ministry, "Why is that so few men finish well?"
His response was profound. He said, "Many of them learn the possibility of being fruitful without being pure…. and they begin to believe that purity doesn’t matter.
Eventually, they become like the trees that are rotting in the inside that are toppled by a storm"
Is our fruitfulness at the expense of our purity?
